Paper mill of Jingui began trial production in early 2013. The paper machine was introduced from Voith, a company from Germany. With production speed of 1400m/min and untrimmed board width of 8.1 meters, it was currently the world’s fastest, largest, and most advanced ivory board paper machine, which equipped with tri-layer composite shaping wire, shoe press, hard calender, soft calender, surface sizing, and four machine coating machine. To keep high quality of our paper products, DCS automatic control system, QCS quality control system and online paper defect monitoring system has all been put into use. The paper machine takes virgin fiber as raw material, thus its products are applicable to various kinds of printing demand and packing box, such as food packaging, cosmetics packaging, cigarette box and all kinds of electronic products packaging.
